« so this is more about watching out for the hosts and that no matter what you do people complain.... I myself followed house rules? yet got rated bad I had communication, perfect but they didnt ... was kept and left so clean it was cleaner than when came, my communication was excellent trying to get in, even with broken locks. , other guests pets trespassing into my unit pooping and leaving IN MY YARD? and I even picked up, tv didnt work during rain, so bored, chairs and towels and even...

« The place looked so cute , charming and adorable in the pictures. The pictures made it seem the backyard was clean, green trimmed well kept and simply breathtaking. However, when we drove up, all the shrubs were of a crown the plants were dead. If you walk to the back, there was no plants in the pots. "The only challenge we had was the steep 17 step staircase up to the condo. Hauling a heavy suitcase or cooler might be a challenge, especially for seniors. These two 70 year-olds managed fine. Otherwise, we could not have been more satisfied with our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The unit had both regular coffee maker and a Keurig. I did not try the Keurig, but the regular 10-12 cup worked great. I might add that the water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we did not use any of the beach accessories, there were 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and some beach toys in the deck storeroom. Overall, a very nice accommodation, and we would definitely stay here again."
