'We loved the authenticity and cosy bed and fire. We felt the bathroom let it down. Nowhere to pop your toiletries. Rae was wonderful at bringing us coffee which was missing and looked after us well.'

Aan alles wat we konden verzinnen voor een fijn verblijf was gedacht. Erg prettig dat het huis op loopafstand van de plaats Rotorua ligt, wij zijn verschillende keren lopend naar de stad gegaan. Kortom: een aanrader als je een verblijf zoekt vlakbij Rotorua.'

'No cooktop, no freezer compartment to keep ice blocks cold. No top sheet on either single bed, light over bathroom sink does not work, windows were filthy inside and out, floor between toilet and wall was dirty, no hand towel or face cloth provided. Only wine glasses provided for drinks. Only one mirror in unit, none in bedrooms. We can’t believe this place meets even minimum standards for guest accommodations. Only one tea towel provided, hot plate had no instructions and only Chinese labels...

'Nice apartment, clean, basic interior, everything you need is there, even a dishwasher, nice view, old couch, beds are okay, nice and friendly staff, parking facilities are a challenge (steep slope), close to the centre and exit roads, in the Middle of students district'
