'The property is very nice. A little aged on the cottages. The buffet was very well done , fresh, well seasoned and flavorful. Rare for buffet. The breakfast buffet was a little of a let down. For 22 a person. The omelet station was closed no pancakes or waffles or French toast. So for the price and only having 8 or so options I felt it was overpriced for what you get. I will say the quality was great for both and could tell it was all fresh made with real ingredients. The over all stay was great...

'We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking. The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....

'This is a smallish Hotel but it is big on charm, Location and amenities. It is right across from the mountain coaster and walking distance to all of the fun of Helen Georgia. I really enjoyed my stay there and they made us feel special.'
