« I love staying at this hotel every time we go up to Ohio. We always stay here on the way up and then on the way back from our vacation. Rates are always great. « We booked a king, 1 bedroom suite, after checking in we found furniture had been ripped from the wall so they put us in a small room with 2 queen beds instead and no refund for the difference in room prices. In the second room the shower leaked heavily onto the bathroom floor.
