'We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb.'

'My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on.'

'Such nice staff and great location, my dad has been staying while using Mayo Clinic for his health. Thanks for the great service. They have been wonderful to accommodate him and his RV with parking. Thanks so much for making his experience a welcoming one under the circumstances.'

'It was so dirty, flys everywhere dog food under the beds. Smashed roaches stuck to the wall. I didn’t even stay the night . I left a few hours later to sleep in my car. Wasted $69.'

'Bedden lijken 2 twijfelaars. Geen 2 tweepersoonsbedden. Bij het ontbijt bleek sap machine niet te werken. Geen alternatieve drank. Alleen melk koffie en thee. Eten was om 8.30 al deels op en werd niet bijgevuld.'
