'Nous avons séjourné au Sotetsu Fresa Inn du 30 décembre au 2 janvier dans une chambre standard avec deux lits doubles, accompagnés de notre bébé de 8 mois. 'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake. The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

'We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed for a week and were out most nights, but loved coming back to such a comfortable, luxurious space. The spa and gym were excellent and really added to the experience. We’ve also stayed at the Fairmont in Monaco and truly love the Fairmont brand — it never disappoints. We would happily stay here again.'

'Everything was fine and very good organised. Only the airco ventilators outside made during the night every few minutes noise. Be aware that you cannot check in before 3 hours in the afternoon Japan is very strict with this. The persons at the reception were friendly and tried to help you. '

However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.
Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant.
It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training. '
