'Great hotel, especially for the money. Location is incredible - right in Ginza - lots of shopping and food around and so easily walkable. Easy access to lots of train stations as well. The little snack bar at this hotel was a huge hit with the kids (and parents) - every day after our adventuring around we’d come back for some snacks - mini donuts, cheeses, cookies, ice cream and juices, coffee, beer, soda etc. all free! 'Beautiful new hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Some of the best staff we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The room is beautiful and large with great views of Tokyo. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and went back to stay at the end of our trip. '

'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake. The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. 'Hotel was lovely. We liked the fact that we had our own washer/dryer as well as our room look into the Tokyo tower which is 5-10 min walk from the hotel. These a lovely small restaurant bistro chick opposite the road which we recommend to try. Hotel has his own cafe where you can have breakfast. My own negative comment is that breakfast finishes 9.30 am which it would open until 10 am. Staff speaks good English. Shibuya crossing is about 20 min taxi ride.'

'This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.'

'Het Conrad is een absoluut tophotel. De locatie, de service en de kamers zijn allemaal perfect. Shiodome is een wijk met prachtige architectuur dichtbij vele toeristische attracties en dichtbij twee belangrijke metro-stations. De service bij het Conrad is absoluut perfect, geen vraag is te gek of te lastig. Toch is het Conrad niet helemaal perfect: de kwaliteit van de Internet-aansluiting is ronduit slecht. Bij het versturen van grote bestanden daalt de snelheid naar pre-historische waarden. Wie...
