'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake.
The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

'Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. The staff was so attentive and professional. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. '

'Hotel is near monorail and subway station, thst connect you to other parts of the city. Coming from or going to the airport is easy, it is the last stop on the monorail. It’s great if you are staying in Tokyo for 1 to 2 nights and need to fly out again. There are lots of food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and hotel provides you with all the amenities you may need. The area is very safe.'

I did as they asked, but she said the payment had to be in yen. So I started exchanging my money for yen using the machine at the hotel. I had already exchanged about two-thirds of the room cost when the machine malfunctioned and failed to return my money.
I informed them that the machine was not working and that only a small part of the payment was left. However, ignoring how exhausted we were, he said that the room would only be provided after full payment. He then gave us the address of an exchange office to convert the rest of the money.
Exchanging the money took about several hour, and finally, after much stress and exhaustion, they gave us the room we had booked for eight nights. Whether what they did was right or wrong is for you to judge, but for us, it left nothing but a bad memory."
