Flats in Niceville

'We enjoyed our visit very much! Nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. Short walk to the laundry and pool. We saw a beautiful sunset out the back patio. Towels and soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels were provided. Parking was just outside the condo, very close. Everything we needed and wanted was a short drive away. Overall, a great stay! '

'Always great to be walking distance from the Baytown area. Lots of shopping on grand boulevard and restaurants all close by. Pool at this resort is the best. Room was the perfect size and had everything and a few extra nice touches of things needed while we stayed. '

'First was the communication with the owner. Always right there and always so nice. Next was the property, very clean, plenty of parking, elevator was fast, right on the beach and close to everything. Then there was the condo, we absolutely loved it. The couches was where we sat because they were loveseats. I had broken my ankle and it was easier to prop my foot up on the cushion we had. Great views of the pier and ocean. The bed was so comfortable and loved that it was a king. Made for the best...
