Flats in Niceville

'Everything was wonderful and we’d definitely book with Julie again.'

'Great communication with host and easy check-in/out. What a view. Would stay again!'

'It’s beautiful and we will definitely come back. It’s a great spot without having an overcrowded beach. We brought our own ten and set behind the chairs. There were large enough gaps to park the tent with an ocean view. It’s a short walk from the room. We didn’t get in the pool because we only came for two days but it seemed like the kids were enjoying it. I’m already, ready to plan our next trip. Great food options in the area and close to anything you need. This room was clean and we had an...

'Perfect location! Host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Had a little mishap in the beginning where I let the door close with my phone inside, causing us to have to use the desk to reach out to the owner for the door code that I had not memorized yet. He was very understanding but it’s one of those mistakes you only make once and then learn what not to do. Pizza place on site was very good. Pools were not crowded. Elevators can be pretty slow but that’s about the only negative thing to be said. We would definitely...

'We had a wonderful stay at Luau! The room was very clean and worked perfect for a short stay. The beach was just a short walk away. We especially appreciated having access to the owner’s storage area with beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and a wagon to take all of our things down to the beach easily. That saved us a lot of money instead of renting equipment. The resort area was vast and lively, yet also very quiet and private. Tufan had great communication and provided helpful...

'The thermostat needs addressing but it did work properly after maintenance looks at it. The mattress in master bedroom is very hard. However room was very nice. Ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining room. Balchony view was excellent . To add kitchen appliances appeared new. Would stay there again just couldnt give excellent.'

'Very great'

'Great experience! The property was clean and the condo appropriately stocked with necessities upon arrival. The communication from our host was excellent. They shared information well in advance with reminders and helpful details. The resort was perfect for our family with multiple pools to spend time in and the beach right outside the pool area. We have two busy kids, and we were able to bounce between locations easily throughout the day. Overall one of the best experiences we’ve had. We can’t...

'We loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed and has been updated beautifully. I have nothing negative I could say about the listing. We would love to stay again in the future.'
