'We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to be right at the Balboa Pier, Whale Watching, Fun Zone and ferry...and we were! Everything was a five minute walk, and we were right on the pier. Our balcony overlooked it and the ocean in the b.g. beyond the parking lot. If you don't do valet, you can park nextdoor in a variety of lots. The staff was sooooo nice!
