Beautiful sunsets and panoramic views await you. Just steps from Newport Pier, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to Balboa Fun Zone and Lido Island.

Enjoy breakfast, brunch or family barbeque on the veranda with gorgeous views of Catalina Island. Wake up to crashing waves while dolphins swim by.

Beautifully remodeled! This upstairs unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a full over full bunkbed. There are 2.5 bathrooms in this home. The master has a bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower and the third bathroom is a combination half bath and laundry room.

Perfect Beach Home

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. True to pictures, very clean. The view is unbelievable and so convienent how close it is to everything, the Pier, shops, restaurants, the best handmade ice cream we had down the boardwalk. We all agreed this will be our go to beach vacation home. No need to try another place when this one had it all, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. It was great.

Breathtaking Views and Perfect Location for Family Fun

Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. One of the highlights for our kids was the nearby lighthouse park, just a short walk away from the house. They had a blast exploring the park and playing on the sand. Overall, our experience at this VRBO property was exceptional. The combination of the stunning views, perfect location, and nearby attractions made it the ideal place for a family getaway. We can't wait to come back again!

When One Door Closes

The saying, "when one door closes, another (better) one opens" was the best way to describe our stay. We are East Coasters and had booked a place in Laguna Beach that fell through, which potentially threatened our carefully planned trip. After our initial panic, we were fortunate to have found this lovely little gem and couldn't be more grateful that the first place was a bust. The condo was exactly as it looks in the photos -- clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. We are partial to minimalist decor and found the furnishings to be comfortable with a beach vibe, but not overdone. There was space to spread out yet it was fully equipped for all of our needs. The location was absolutely perfect as well, allowing us the opportunity to do our own thing or go out as a family with tons of restaurants, shops, and things to do by walking or a short drive. It was also easy to take several day trips to L.A., La Jolla, etc. The garage parking was a godsend especially since the street the condo is located on is a popular spot for beachgoers. It is a busy area, and there was an uptick of noise on Saturday night, but it wasn't a major concern or too much. Nicole was very responsive and it was easy to check in/check out. We loved Newport Beach, this lovely little condo, and hope to stay again in the future. We highly recommend!

Best views around

Fantastic place! Magnificent 180 degree view of the beach. Garage parking was tight with a minivan rental, but having a parking spot was very nice in this busy area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next guests. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!
