« What a gem! Amanda’s funky Old Arvada spot oozes personality in all the best ways. She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat! »

« This home was perfect for my family of 5 (three kids ages 17, 15, and 11). It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location was ideal for going into the less-crowded Kawuneeche entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and for exploring downtown Grand Lake. We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Rebekah was very communicative. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! »

« It is a cute quirky cabin that we enjoyed. A location that we found very convenient to everything in the Grand Lake / RMNP area. Kitchen was fully stocked for home cooking. We will stay here again when in the area. »

« Although small, this little house was so well laid out and supplied that we were comfortable and happy. Excellent communication with property manager and close proximity to cute coffee shops, restaurants and walking trails. Louisville is such a fun place ! »

« This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. »

« The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror. »

« Me and my family loved our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and had activities for our family to play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were stores close by went plenty of eating options as well. »
