Host was very helpful with information, checkin, recommendations etc. the house is in a peaceful setting yet close to everything. We say monkeys, Macaw, Toucans right in the backyard. 'I can not say enough good things about our concierge, Mefi. Our entire experience was amazing in no small part due to Mefis amazing hospitality. Our home was well stocked and perfect for our multi generational family including 4 young children, Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa. He helped us with tours and transportation.When our ice maker didn't appear to be working, Mefi had a repair man in 15 minutes. Then they also brought us bags of ice.
