'We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. The room was recently finished but not complete. The bathroom/shower was large and comfortable, however the extreme hot water was not adjustable and poor...

'Wat deze accommodatie echt top maakt is het vriendelijke oprechte personeel. Onze kamer was verrassend ruim en schoon met een balkon met uitzicht over Manuel Antonio National Park. Het zwembad ligt er werkelijk super bij met een adembenemend uitzicht over het groen en de oceaan. Geweldige service van ontbijt tot lunch bij het zwembad. Ook de auto staat veilig bij dit hotel met bewaking.'

'This is a great place to stay. Especially when you stay in one of the rooms on top of the hill. We had room nr 7 and we saw a lot of monkeys in the trees nearby. Our first morning, we woke up at 5 by the noise of howler monkeys! Half an our later we could even see them in the trees after the room! The swimming pool is also a good place to relax and spot wildlife, we saw a lot of kapucijn monkeys and squirl monkeys, and humming birds! 'Very nice hotel and 2 pools. Great views and daily monkeys passing by. Service is excellent. Be aware that it is very steep there, so walking can be an exercise. The room we had needs clearly an update with a rusty mirror and appliances. '

'Hôtel en hauteur avec belle vue, bonne accueil. Personnel agréable. On a apprécié la balade en forêt gratuite avec le guide de l'hôtel. On peut voir des animaux en prenant le petit-déjeuner ou près des balcons. Bon petit-déjeuner varié avec fruits frais, œufs brouillés, toasts,... Dommage que le café ne soit pas à la hauteur. Chambre propre et spacieuse, très bon Wi-Fi. Place de parking devant l'hôtel.'

'Dit hotel is waanzinnig! Wij hadden een prachtige kamer met prive zwembad. Het uitzicht was adembenemend. Elk detail van dit hotel klopt. De inrichting van de kamers, de zwembaden en het restaurant is van het hoogste niveau. Het eten in het restaurant was zeer smakelijk evenals het ontbijt. Wij hadeen het geluk dat er 2 luiaards in de bomen op het terrein van het hotel zaten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Wij kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen! Wij komen hier zeker terug!!!'

'Alles was geweldig. Prachtig resort; geweldig, divers en vers eten; ook de zelfgemaakte sappen zijn eeg lekker; ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel; mooie kamer met geweldig uitzicht op jungle en zee, het bed slaapt heerlijk. Zelfs in het resort zie je al heel veel dieren. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!'
