Amazing three bedroom two bath condo right in the middle of the Manuel Antonio Rain Forest! From the balconies, you will see tons of Scarlett Macaws, all three types of monkeys and we even have a resident sloth in the trees out front! Daily housekeeping and a full time concierge will make sure you have the most relaxing best vacation ever! We also have fast wifi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, AC and hot water! We are 5 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park or many other beaches by car.

The house was beautiful, everything were as in the pictures and description. Host was very helpful with information, checkin, recommendations etc. the house is in a peaceful setting yet close to everything. We say monkeys, Macaw, Toucans right in the backyard. The pool was nice and not crowded ever. we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone looking for a 3 BR house in Quepos

We loved our stay here! Beautiful grounds and nice condos. The location is good, but you do need to drive up an unpaved road to get there. Also, you cannot flush toilet paper here, it must be thrown in bin beside toilet. With that being said, there are macaws on the property and it is nice and secluded and beautiful. The pool was a great temp and size. We enjoyed our time here!

Very comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property, was our favorite place out of the 3 vrbo’s we stayed at while in Costa Rica. Yosué the property manager greeted us when we got there and provided all the information we needed while visiting Manuel Antonio. Loved watching the monkeys and macaws from the balcony. The complimentary cleaning service was a bonus!

Luxurious base to explore from

We loved our few days in 3 toed abode. Enjoyed the pool and self catering convenience. Whilst we had an issue with the water supply whilst there, Josue our host was great at communicating and compensated us well.

Excellent!

The three toed abode provided the best of both worlds. The amenities of renting a house and the customer service of a hotel. It was very easy to book tours through the concierge Josue. He was very quick to respond to messages. We saw lots of birds near the hotel and a sloth in the neighborhood. Location is between Quepos and Manuel Antonio so very convenient.

Amazing villa

Beautfil villa, would recommend to anyone visitung costa rica! Yosuè was very kind and professional helping us throughout our stay, and giving us guidance to events that are available near the city. The pool and the outdoor bbq was also a big complement to our stay as we enjoyed and made use of that area.

Clean but hot

I want to be clear that this is not necessarily a negative review of this property, but will hopefully give it a more accurate portrayal. It was very clean. The furnishings are fine. Not high quality but it looks nice. The property manager is very nice, and quick to respond and be helpful. The location is good. There were some things that I wish we had known beforehand. There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms, but not in the living area. The AC in the secondary bedrooms are good, but in the master it doesn’t get very cold. We were told to keep the doors open to room to allow the living area to cool off. It was fine late evening and morning, but was pretty toasty during the day and early evening. The listing says the condo is within walking distance of Manuel Antonio, which it is not. I know that the owner did not include this description and has been unable to get it removed from the listing. The condo if a good location, but is not really walking distance to anywhere - not so much because of distance but because the road is not conducive to walking. I thought based on the photos that the condo opened up to the pool area. It does not. It’s not super far away, but does not overlook the pool. The pool is very hot unfortunately.

Beautiful jungle location

The property is in a beautiful location close to Manuel Antonio National Park. The balconies are wonderful and filled with the sounds of birds, and we even viewed monkeys in the nearby tree! The pool was bigger than we expected and really a lovely treat. The place itself was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a big family, and the beds were comfy. A wonderful place and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing to note is that it is part of a complex where there are some smaller cabins/bungalows as well as the units listed here, so there were more people at the pool at times as well as some noise with people playing music over a speaker at a pool, and what appeared to be a bachelorette party. The guests were respectful, but if you want a secluded, quiet place, it’s helpful to know it is mostly quiet but to expect some noise depending on the other guests. Overall a five star stay for our family!

A week in paradise

Superb accommodation and facilities for a luxury experience. The property offers an ideal location to relax and absorb the atmosphere of The Manuel Antonio, with easy access to local restaurants, markets and tour excursions. Use of taxi services at reasonable rates is recommended as although location is within walking distance, the road offers no pavement and involves a steep hill. All communication with Marianna (concierge) was via Whatsapp, but details and content were clear and punctual. Overall a great pleasure for my family to observe the local wildlife from the villa balconies, including a multidude of must see creatures of Costa Rica, including Scarlet Macaws, Tucans, Howler and Squirel Monkeys, and a close encounter with the resident Sloth.

Super amazing !

Very new property clean and spacious!! It was a tiny bit hard finding the turn to get to the property but we were pleasantly surprised through and through! The pool was amazing as well!! And the property was so clean and amenities were all new! Marianna was amazing as well! She helped us book a tour to the national Park and was super responsive!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family !

Would definitely stay here again. Nothing bad to say. Water went out in the whole complex for a couple of hours or so but it is Costa Rica so things happen. Host were easy to communicate with as well.

Christmas with friends

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at the 3-toed Abode. We were a little anxious driving up the dirt trail into the woods but were thrilled once we arrived. The apartment has wonderful views overlooking the small complex surrounding the communal pool, and we spent many hours watching the troops of monkeys (including endangered Costa Rica squirrel monkeys) pass through and a pair of nesting scarlet macaws. Access to daily cleaning was appreciated. Our only complaint was the inadequate supply of kitchen utensils, which need upgrading and increasing for any guests who like to cook.

Short and Sweet stay

Highly recommend, we stayed for just a night while visiting the beautiful Manual Antonio- super close. We stayed in the 3 Toed Sloth unit- Comfortable and spacious for the family to spread out and even have a fun movie night. Highly recommend to watch the direction video that the awesome Marianna host provides as it’s a little tricky to find. Amazing grounds, stellar A/C. If it’s available book it!

Pretty location with wildlife

We were accommodated in the brand new apartments while howler monkey and 3toed sloth are being renovated. Immaculate accommodation and lovely staff. They couldn’t do more for us. Sent us suggestions for restaurants and checked in every day that we were okay.The gardens are very pretty and well tended. Monkeys jump through the trees and sun themselves.House keeping come in everyday and carry out what you require. Great spacious accommodation for a family. A big thank you to Marianna and John. They responded to any of our question’s immediately.

Awesome experience

This place is very conveniently located in Manuel Antonio. Very clean, has all amenities you need. The host Marianna was just awesome. She was on top of everything. Convenient yet secluded

This is my second time in Quepos, and this was the perfect place to stay while I introduced family to the area. My daughter loved the pool, we were incredibly close to everything without having to deal with traffic, and Andres quickly responded to any question or concern I had (same-day fixing of a/c units included!).

Séjour Fabuleux

Magnifique appartement , au 1er étage ,dans une petite résidence entourée d'un très beau jardin , où l'on aperçoit les singes dans les arbres ,le vol de plusieurs aras magnifiques. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du barbecue mis à disposition dans la résidence . Le parc manuel Antonio est très près de l'appartement, ainsi que des restaurants/bars offrant une vue magnifique sur l'océan et son coucher de soleil. L'appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation , lave-linge, sèche linge , four ... Accueil très efficace par Andres. En résumé , notre séjour de 3 nuits a été trop court!!
