'We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. They were so helpful as well, we lost our phone/wallet in the taxi when we were on our way out and Sebastian at the front desk was so kind and helpful he messaged around and was able to get it back for us. 'Prijs kwaliteit was het ondermaats. Wifi was slecht in de kamers, in het hotel en op het strand was dit uitstekend. Douche had weinig druk en werd niet warm. '

'We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'
