'The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.'

'Specious room, clean, nice view, perfect service, great fitness area, friendly staff etc. etc. So nothing to conplain about!? However, kindness is overdone….. 5 people of staff to welcome you, after every workout they pit the weight back to original which is quite annoying so perfect in general however a little too much service so too say!'

'Goede locatie, mooi hotel en leuk dat er een happy hour is tussen 17 en 18 uur waar je gratis wijntjes en biertjes kan drinken. Ik reisde met een vriendin en het bed was erg klein. Ook voor een koppel van Nederlands formaat zou het bed echt te klein zijn. Hotel is niet goedkoop en een kamer met groter bed zou 120 euro pn extra kosten ( in totaal zou de prijs dan iets meer dan 500 per nacht zijn). De laatste dag moedten wij om 7.30 richting luchthaven en dan kun je nog niet ontbijten, ook werd er...

'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...

'Staff in the executive lounge did not act like hospitality professionals but behaved as if they were some elite social club allowing guest a privilege of being in their presences. Found it amusing.'
