Check-in and room were very good. Very friendly staff!! Only minus was check-out, room was paid for already and I was in a hurry to catch my plane (which you can expect as a hotel near an airport), but the receptionist asked me to sit down and wait and took a long time to check if the room was indeed ...

Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands
We had some issues with our washroom during our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Pauline who helped us dealing with our washroom problem. She also gave me some great recommendations when I asked for spa service near the hotel.
