'Wij zijn nu twee keer in dit geweldige hotel geweest. Ook voor op de kop af zeven jaar hebben we hier gelogeerd. Was wel drie keer met lounge. Kamer super, ligging centraal bij metro-station, service top, inclusief meehelpen bagagetransport naar Tokyo terminal, ontbijt zeer goed. Lounge, beter kan miet. Komen zeker weer terug!'

'We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! The only tiny thing I wish is NO little window by bunk bed because it was very cold with breeze air coming through in December... I had to wear a hoodie to...

'Keurig hotel. Als bereisde Nederlanders een hoop van de wereld gezien. Eerste keer in Japan. Tandenborstels, handdoeken, pyjama, zeep, alles ligt klaar, meer dan wij gewend zijn. Op loopafstand van metrotrein en flink aantal restaurants. Wij hadden Starbucks als favoriet voor het ontbijt. '

'Heerlijk dat er een onsen is. Kamers op dag van aankomst pas om 15 uur beschikbaar. Dat vind ik laat zeker na een lange reis. Het zou fijn zijn als de kamers eerder beschikbaar zijn dat de gasten er ook in mogen.'
