'We stayed here as a stop-off between driving. As described, it is a quiet place to relax away from the constant beeping from tuk tuks, cars and bikes. Activities are available - we took the option to kayak. The food, whilst good, needed to be warmer. Every meal was tepid in temperature. As it was out-of-season, there was only us and one other pair here. I can imagine this being a good place when more people are around. The "rooms" can be best described as glamping - big "tent" with A/C...

Cottages require a bit of a rugged, steep walk as they are hewn into the cliff - but then you are rewarded with great view over the Ghat mountains'

'It was an excellent hotel located in the outskirts of Munnar. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. We had many choices for the complementary breakfast. Dinner and lunch options were reasonably priced. Good complementary activities were available. Next time I will definitely go for a longer stay.'

'We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. 'Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost.'
