« Location great, lots of beach toys and umbrellas was really nice, maybe best for only 3 people as pull out wouldn’t be comfy for two. No stove was not great but we knew that going in. »

« We really enjoyed our stay in Capitola at the Capitola Village 2 bedroom! It was very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We could walk everywhere and never used our car. It was so nice to have parking, since it is difficult to find street parking, The apartment was very clean and kitchen was great! We also enjoyed a great concert at the beach! »

« We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. »

« The property was amazing! The yard was extremely spacious and was great for our dogs to run around. The location of the home is perfect as it is right off the Route 1, but far enough so there is no noise pollution. Additionally, it is just minutes away from downtown Carmel and nearby shopping plazas. Check-in was a breeze and the room and bed was the perfect size for me, my wife, and my 2 dogs. »

« The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit. »

« This is our second time staying at this property. It is very clean, comfortable and a perfect location for us in Carmel, close to our favorite restaurants and shops, plus there is off site parking (very hard to get in Carmel). We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will definitely come back again »
