Pensions in Montegrotto Terme

'Please spend your money somewhere else. Front desk staff was so rude and not helpful at all. We had to sleep with the front lights of the room on. There is no phone to contact front desk and we had to constantly go to the lobby for assistance. We were then told to email front desk, we sent 3 consecutive emails asking for help as we needed to sleep as we had an early flight. Never got help or a reply. When we came down to the lobby the next day and spoke to the front desk they were combative....

'Everyday cleaned and refilled room. Great location in front of the basislicentie and nearby ce ter and restaurants or cafés.'

'Mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Perfecte lokatie en parkeren goed geregeld. Communicatie verliep perfect, inchecken heel makkelijk'

'Good distance from railway station and from city centre'

'Struttura molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici e vicina a negozi e supermercati. Zona tranquilla. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia della camera e del bagno, quest'ultimo non in suite ma ad uso esclusivo e adiacente la camera. La padrona di casa è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Ottimo punto d'appoggio a Padova. Torneremo senz'altro.'

'Was all good, good location'
