'Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help '

'Prachtige, schone en sfeervolle etage vlakbij Palazzo Fortuny. Dit appartement is heerlijk vanwege fijne keuken met alles erop en eraan en met rustige en smaakvolle woonkamer. Eindelijk eens een mooie informatiemap en paraplu waaruit ware betrokkenheid met de gasten blijkt. De supermarkt is 2 minuten lopen en de wijk kan niet beter. Op de achtergrond een zeer gastvrije Eva op de achtergrond. Zij hielp ons met het verkrijgen van de sleutel, was superaardig en behulpzaam in de omgang. Wij danken...

'Appartamento ampio dotato di tutte le comodità e accessori possibili, in posizione appena defilata dal centro e quindi tranquilla. Difficoltà (come in tutta Venezia) nello smaltimento dei rifiuti. Molto gradito il kit iniziale di sale, olio, zucchero, detersivi etc... Ottima esperienza.'

'This is an excellent apartment. Not big but the five of us felt really at home. Cosy decorated by Luigi and Antonello. The beds are excellent! Only 30 metres from the San Marco square but in a little street just beside the busy street. Very quiet during the night. When I return to Venice this wil be my apartment to book. 'Great location in quieter neighborhood but close to everything you need. We used vaporetto and walked to local square for delicious restaurants and bakery. Very large bedrooms and open living space for our family to enjoy. Weather didn’t permit us to use the terraces but these would have been lovely. Would suggest that the sofa bed would be adequate sleeping space for 1 adult or small children. Our older kids were not able to use together - to consider if booking a place hoping to sleep 6...

'Heerlijk appartement op mooie centrale locatie met echte Italiaanse bars en restaurants om de hoek. In laagseizoen helemaal fijn en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer complete inrichting, schoon en goed bed. Bij vijfdaags verblijf werd tussentijds schoongemaakt, bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken - super. Prachtig terras op het dak, bij het appartement op de vijfde verdieping, met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Gebouw heeft lift, dus vijfde verdieping geen probleem ;-)'

'I stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter. A nice apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Close to the Vaporetto boat stations Orto and S. Marcuola. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. You must be able to climb 62 steps to the apartment.... ;-)'
