'Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, it was quiet despite being on the highway, and staff was friendly. We could view the ocean from the window, and the bay from the balcony. We were on the 5th floor in the south building. Bagels and muffins were available in the morning at the office. The elevator was a bit scary, it liked to pause for long moments then lurch around. 'The room was a little outdated and the bed a little rough. But over all the place was clean and quiet and directly across from beach access. I would stay there again if needed.'

'Would be an awesome place at full operation. Water and construction limitation issues are significant and seems hotel was not ready for full operational for guests. Staff was great but unfortunately and understandably overwhelmed and should be commended for having to deal with such issues.'

'Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach.'

'I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head. Then I can easily clean my body...... I will definetely come back'

'We stayed in room #1. Room had a great view. Mini fridge stocked with drinks and breakfast. Honestly, this is one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed in the states. Will be back!'

'They are reasonably priced and you can easily walk to the beach! Isn’t that why you came? The owners are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The property is older but they have updated much and continue to improve it and the room was very clean and parking is great! If you are looking for the Hilton go to the Hilton ! If if you’re looking for a good value, a great location, and good management and a family friendly spot..this is it! I hated to leave.'

'The breakfast was plentiful even towards the end of the hours, the room was clean and large enough for our large family and even the puppers enjoyed his stay. We will be back!'
