'Front Desk eas rude and short , Bell.Boy acted as if he didnt wanna answer my questions or help with bags.. Both not very knowledgeable of the property or surrounding area.. I witness these same employees offer more help and information to a differnt customer.. Property is great service for me and another couple BLAQK during that weekend i know wasnt all to well they complained of dirty rooms and difficulty gettong a refund amd switched.. 'We stay at this hotel every year and this year our room was in need of some serious updates. It's hard, once you've stayed in a couple of the newly renovated rooms, to get put in one of the old, broken down ones. Hopefully, next year we'll get one of the new rooms again. Everything else was lovely. We love staying at the Holiday Inn Ocean City, an IHG Hotel and this stay doesn't change that. We will be back! '

'When I first arrived, I was disappointed that the pool was closed which is why we picked this hotel. It did open the day after and we only got to enjoy it for a day. The hotel was very clean, a little outdated but overall it was a nice place to stay. I would stay again as it was two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. '
