'Housekeeping was terrible. Beds were half made, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days until I had to call the front desk a long with only 1 wash cloth, 1 had towel and 1 regular towel left in the room for 3 people to share and room was not vacuum. Bathroom unclean so I spent most of my vacation calling the front desk.'

'Second time staying at Carousel, the staff was still friendly and helpful and the lobby was nice. The room was a bit different; last year I was on the the third floor, the room was nice and clean. This year, fourth floor: bathroom floor was crusty, shower floor was yellowed, there was a hole beside the bathroom door with a few spiders hanging around, and all the towels we had were stained with yellow patches or small red spots. 'Breakfast wasn't good. Pancake machine was out of order for 4 days, due to the then not having any pancake batter. Wasn't pleased with breakfast at all. Eggs and sausage didn't have any flavor. Hard boiled eggs was cold.'

'Everything was perfect! Clean and we enjoyed our stay! Only thing is we stayed in room 701 and we believe that the AC unit for that room was not working properly. We had the thermostat set to 68 cool, but the room stayed at 74 all night long. Other than that minor inconvenience everything else was amazing and we will definitely be looking to stay at doubletree by Hilton in ocean city again!'

'After a disastrous start to our vacation that left us on the verge of driving straight back home, the staff at the Sealoft saved our vacation! Raymond, Marvin, the wonderful woman who is there overnight (I wish i remembered her name. Anyone who lets you use a bathroom 8 hours before check in is a goddess) and all the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was great, the views and quiet were a nice change from the hotels i had stayed in previously. This is my new go to hotel for OC!'

'Pool is unavailable , they did accommodate after we complained with HH points no housekeeping unless you ask. Jeff the waiter was the best part of the stay. Charged for parking even though i didn’t drive so be sure to look at your final receipt. They did refund but what if'
