'There was a power outage but wasn’t made aware until the day of check-in, Xmas day with family hosting dinner. More importantly was not informed that the water was also powered by electricity, thus we weren’t able to flush toilets or hands…a big health/safety issue. And, the host did provide a generator, lanterns. We were unable to cook dinner & had to order for delivery. The host did not reimburse any funds for the power being out for most of the evening. 'Just needed a small place to stay with friends from out of town. Check in process was easy and loved the open space of the living room and bedrooms. Booking is part of a duplex home so we had the backyard area easily accessible to us. There is a cute swing on the backyard tree too! Overall communication was fast and helpful and the stay was comfortable. Neighborhood was very nice as well :)'
