'Overall, the hotel’s location was beautiful, and most things went smoothly. However, two issues seriously impacted our experience. First, we found the breakfast hours to be a bit too restrictive (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM). On one morning, I went to get a coffee at exactly 10:31 AM. Even though it was just one minute past the deadline, the staff member refused to serve me and had already turned off the machine. 'We booked the “large room” category, which promised 100 sqm, but about half of that was outdoor terrace space, so the actual room was much smaller than expected. Location-wise, we were placed all the way at the bottom of the property near the highway, not around the main complex as we’d hoped. On top of that, the WiFi didn’t work at all in our building, while it apparently worked fine elsewhere on the property, which made this particular block feel even more neglected.
