'My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue. By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. 'Another consistently excellent stay at The Residence. Super attention to detail. Rooms are excellent, the private pool is lovely, staff are attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Wonderful housekeeping lady and we feel safe and well looked after. Only request would be to have beach beds included or at a reduced rate for residents! '
