« The inn above this bar is a quirky place to stay. The rooms are basic - no coffee maker, TV, or other amenities - but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. (Running a vaccum cleaner in the rooms and on the stairs once in a while would be a good idea.) As far as noise, the bar usually closes at 10, so that was not an issue. « Cozy and comfortable cabin with plentiful natural light. About a 10 minute drive from Berkshire East Mountain resort which provided a fun day of family skiing. Generous and thoughtful host; a good bit of snow fell on one of our days, and he let us know where to park to avoid having to move our car for the plow, which made it easy to get in and out. Looking forward to staying there in the summer. »

« It is definitely a unique and beautiful property. We loved the overall experience. Only downside: the noise of the ventilation system. It was so awful and loud (peaks every 30 mins, not consistent...) that we've got difficulties to sleep. Hope this could be fixed by the owner. »

« Check in très rapide et courtois. Chambre impeccable et spacieuse. La salle de bain est un peu moins bien rénovée, il n y a rien pour poser les affaires de toilette, pas de sèche cheveux non plus. On entend la route et les trains mais cela se calme dans la nuit donc pas vraiment de problème. Bonne literie, bonne pression douche (pas de flexible , comme souvent).
