'The property we stayed in was different from the one we originally chose because of issues? When we arrived there was no one to meet us, the house was freezing. There was no welcome folder telling us how things worked. The tv did not work. The WiFi did not work. The toilet downstairs did not flush until the button had been pushed about ten times. The overflow on the bath was not connected and the plug had been hidden. The bath tap does not work unless you disconnect the shower hose. I texted...

'The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.'

'As always a great stay - I book here now rather than the many hotels as it is very comfortable and great to have extra space when you are spending several nights. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. '

'Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. '
