'The room was clean, and the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. I appreciated having breakfast offered. While the food was great, I found the coffee really disappointing. Having free parking with plenty of spaces available was a major draw, as was the air conditioning--there were a couple of really warm days while I stayed, it helped me to stay comfortable and sleep well. 'Building was somewhat dated, but rooms were clean and everything was in good working order. Staff was friendly. Rooms at the back (waterside) are quiet, but if you want a good night's sleep, stay away from the pub/restaurant next door. In short: good hotel, no complaints.'

'The room was clean ok for a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy. But unfortunately there was a hot water issue in the hotel so we had not hot water at all.... Also a lack of plugs i the room to charge anything.'

'The bedroom is fine until you open the bathroom door, then it’s like stepping back to the 1970s! So dated! The hair dryer is sticky to handle. No soundproofing. Doors slam constantly. Breakfast is poor quality with awful coffee. Used to be better when stayed last year. Too much cost cutting will be its demise!'
