'Friendly staff. We had an issue with the TV and it was addressed in 5 minutes and was replaced in less than an hour. Room was clean. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are clearn. If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away. If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away. If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian.'

Every detail felt thoughtful and personal—more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical beach rental.It could have been designed to maximize it as a rental. There’s plenty of room for triple-decker bunk beds you’d find in some properties. But it doesn’t do that. 'We loved everything about it! The house/property was amazing and everything provided (from fully functional kitchen, to beach toys to linens!). This is our 2nd time staying in this community and all the residents are always welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed rescuing Horseshoe Crabs every morning.
