While this apartment looked nice in the pictures, it did not live up to expectations. A/C units only moved around warm air in the rooms except for one unit that was connected to the outside. It had a trashcan that collected water from the A/C unit on the balcony. Unaware that this trashcan needed to be emptied multiple times a day, we came back to the room and there was some flooding from the unit inside. Asking the tenant/guest to have to manually empty a trashcan full of water daily was a bit much because it was never mentioned to us during check in. The upstairs could not be visited because of the heat. There was no A/C or cooling in the upstairs and the temp reached over 100 degrees. We lost hot water on the second day of our stay. A maintenance worker was called to fix it. He was there for a couple hours. When we returned to the unit later in the evening, there still wasnât any hot water: We had to shower with cold water for half of our stay. Lastly, many parts of the apartment are falling apart. Sink and bathroom hardware donât work properly and easily move around when you try to use them. This place is in need of some maintenance and repair. For the price we paid to stay, we were extremely disappointed. When attempting to communicate with the property, we were ignored as if everything was ok with the apartment. I would advise you to look somewhere else when trying to find a place to stay in Milan. There were only 2 reviews and both were 5 stars when we made booking.
