Access to the apartment is allowed exclusively to registered guests who have been properly reported to the competent authorities. To ensure the safety of guests and the property, an external surveillance camera is installed, monitoring the shared outdoor areas of the apartment. The presence of the camera is clearly signaled in accordance with privacy regulations. Please note that any illegal activity within the property will be immediately reported to the Judicial Authorities, in accordance with Italian law. The apartment is strictly intended for lawful use, in full respect of the applicable regulations and the rules of civil coexistence. Furthermore, any tampering with, damage to, or disabling of the surveillance camera constitutes a criminal offense under Article 635-quater of the Italian Penal Code, which punishes the damage or destruction of IT or electronic systems, including video surveillance equipment. Such actions will be prosecuted and reported to the relevant authorities.
