A cozy 120-square-meter apartment located in the eastern part of Milan, just a 3-minute walk from the Corvetto station on the Yellow Line (M3), which is just one stop away from Rogoredo FS—the train station serving Italo and FrecciaRossa high-speed trains—and a few stops from the city center (Duomo/MonteNapoleone).



Please note: the apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator that goes up to the fourth floor. You will therefore need to climb a flight of stairs on foot.



The two-level apartment is laid out as follows.



The lower level features:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV, and split-system A/C;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;



Internal stairs lead to the upper level, which features:



- BEDROOM I with a single bed and a fan;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, TV, and fan;

- BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet, and toilet;

- BATHROOM II with sink, bathtub, bidet, and toilet.



ATTENTION: THE BATHTUB IS NOT USABLE



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



Note: Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
