I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we encountered a loud party late at night, we went downstairs to complain at 10:53 PM, only to be told they couldn't check on the issue until after 11:00 PM. This policy felt wild and unprofessional, especially when noise disturbances are often time-sensitive.
At 2:00 AM, the party was still going strong. Although the music was quieter, the bass and constant door slamming continued to disrupt our sleep. I sent a message to the hotel at that time, but it was completely ignored until late the next day. When they finally responded, they informed me that the noisy guests had left the hotel and that the night would be more peaceful. Unfortunately, by then the disturbance had already ruined our night.
Due to the lack of timely response and poor handling of the situation, we decided to leave the hotel that night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The noise complaint was mishandled and the response was far too late to be helpful.
