After requesting my reservation with VRBO, I got confusing emails which eventually wound up in me not paying with VRBO but with a Barcelona travel agency. That agency would not give me the address of my rental nor instructions on how to access the key. The front door does not lock manually (lock is broken). which is worrying, as access is otherwise only with an electronic key app. The livingroom door to the terrace doesn't lock, either.
