'Vriendelijke host, die snel reageert op vragen.Het appartement is lekker ruim en ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s. Het is schoon en ligt in een veilig aanvoelende buurt op korte afstand van de metro en een aantal goede bakkers om te ontbijten.Het parc Guell ligt vlakbij (hou er wel rekening mee dat het redelijk steil omhoog gaat).Het appartement is goed en volledig ingericht in de keuken en er is een afwasmachine en wasmachine. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant naar onze mening.Jammer dat er doeken...

'Staff was very friendly, and the room was far nicer and cleaner than I expected for this price! Really nice surprise. The bed was also great. Only thing to consider: no storage for bicycles! And no safe parking place for bikes in the vicinity either. So not great when traveling by bike. Apart from that; definitely recommended'

'Great location, and while the apartment has everything it said it would, the condition is terrible – very worn down and dirty. We never were able to enjoy a shower and we were there for 5 nights, because the shower head was broken – and while they said they would send someone, no one came. On the first day the WIFI didn't work, and they did send someone. The apartment itself is functional although very dark and not especially comfortable. For such a newish building, it's very lamentable how run...

'There was no soap in the entire facility. There were no eating utensils, and the beds were brutally hard. The TV in the main room was practically on the floor.'

'This property was not as described at all. We booked it because it had a beautiful roof deck and had AC. The roof deck was not as pictured, one of the two chairs was broken, there were many floor tiles that were broken and appeared unsafe. The upstairs AC never worked and we reached out repeatedly to the host and they were slow to reply. we finally called the emergency number after repeated messages and they hung up and sent us a suggestion on how to troubleshoot the AC but never replied to...

'Warning - the apartment is unsafe and very dirty. No working fire alarm, no gas monitor, doors did not lock properly with no padlock or chain. Safe did not work. Mold around, grease on kitchen cabinets, not enough utensils, dust and dirt on surfaces. Towels and bedsheets were clean.'
