« Rooms were abit dated, however everything went well. Breakfast spread was good; limited seats available, but overall still ok. Hotel staff/ cleaners regularly check with us at the corridor if we need cleaning or anything for the room. »

« Hôtel bien propre et bien équipé. Le restaurant est impeccable pour un buffet à volonté pendant le ramadan mais ferme a 21h. Le service navette vers la sainte mosquée n'est pas disponible toute la journée. Uniquement de 4h à 7h et de 16h à 21h. La distance pour aller a la mosquée est acceptable. Il faut 15min à pieds Il y a pas mal d'épiceries et de snack aux alentours »

« Honestly did not expect the place to be this good. I’d like to think of myself as someone with very highs standards for hotels, this one might not be the most luxurious hotel, but the staff definitely stands out! Very very helpful and understanding and super polite! The place is also a few mins walking distance from Haram and has super markets and shops right beneath it. I really liked everything about this Hotel. The free breakfast was also a huge point, makes your life a bit easier after Fajr...

« Gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, even though it was 3am. The next morning we didn't have a hairdryer. Another gentleman came and apologised, even brought us 2 complimentary drinks as an apology from the cafe next door (which I also recommend....marshmallow pudding and the apple cake) »
