Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I would like share our thoughts on recent visit to Madina 12/01/2025 so others can have understanding paying £300.00 a night on a 4star branded hotel what you’re expecting to get.
Starting with few positive points.
Location is good easy access to Masjid Al Nabawi.
Downstairs you will find plenty of shops servicing all kind of fast foods etc.
Room was clean spacious but a little dated in the bathroom a just about works in terms of space.
Now moving to our 4nights stay/experience.
They have two hotels side by side. So it can be confusing which hotel you have booked.
Main hotel has a large lobby and bigger restaurant. The rooftop was never opened which I attempted to visit twice during my stay. Asked staff why is it closed apparently opens after 4pm which didn’t make sense I did attempt once more then gave up.
When we check in we were on the newer but smaller hotel. However the view from the room was obscured then the upgrade we paid for. Nevertheless we just travelling from Makkah and it’s been a long day just wanted to rest and recover.
My wife was feeling poorly and I called hotel housekeeping for an extra duvet. That’s when
A shock to the system started. A basic requirement turned into a bitter experience.
Kept waiting however noting was happening called again and again same response some was coming. When the did eventually turn up then came to understand what we asked for by then at least an hour passed by. So explained again however apparently they
