« Very welcoming and friendly staff. Offered us a welcome drink which was lovely and we could use our rooms to drop our items as they had already been cleaned which was very helpful as we were in the area for a wedding. The amenities and room were great and bed was very comfortable. « There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again. »

« Une nuit seulement. Salle de bain avec douche propre mais eau froide le matin, lavabo pas lavé avec des restes de saletés. Bruyant (les évacuations dans l'immeuble, la ventilation de la salle-de-bain et la route très passante). Draps très propres, lits confortables, accueil charmant. Donc correct pour une nuit. »

« The hotel was having a renovation but the staff couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful. Had to stay 1 extra night but that wasn't a bother at all. Very large ground floor Room with garden view, but looking like building site outside cos of reno.3 single beds, could do with a king-size bed and a small table n chairs. Massive portions of food, evening time,but abit lukewarm. Didn't try brekkie. Would go again. »

« L'hotel en lui même est tres bien, belle chambre, tout confort, le personnel est vraiment bienveillant et sympathique...le petit moins est qu'il etait en travaux ( marteau piqueur de 10h a 16h) et que le parking etait fermé ( obligé de prendre un parking municipal qui m'a couté 18 livres de plus) j'aurai aimé l'avoir su avant... »

« I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. On arrival they asked for ID, which I found a bit unusual, and then sent a link asking for credit card details to cover any potential damages. I understand why hotels do this, but it did feel a bit impersonal. The location is good and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The reception area looks nice and the room had a fridge, which was useful. The air conditioning worked fine. The room itself was a bit of a disappointment compared...
