'There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. '

Check-in was seamless, and I really appreciated that the host gave me space and didn’t bother me at all—everything was smooth and easy. It was quiet, comfortable, and hassle-free. 'Property was clean, nicely set up, beautiful setting and views. Our room,1, was spacious with comfortable bed, loveseat and bistro table. The common space, kitchen, living, dining was large and and comfortable. Light breakfast items were good-yogurt, bagels, waffles, eggs, tea, coffee and fruit. It was in an excellent location to get an early start in the Road to Hana, without having to get up too early. I would highly recommend staying here! tea'

'We feel really lucky to have found this location in Upcountry Kula. The lanais provided excellent viewing of both Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. Cool nights and ease of access to all of the surrounding towns and sightseeing opportunities made this a most enjoyable visit for us. To top it off, Steve and Diane were the most wonderful hosts as well as a wealth of information for all things Maui. We would absolutely stay with them again given the opportunity.'

'We had a beautiful stay at North Shore Maui. A steady breeze from the ocean and the quiet lulled us to sleep. We had everything we needed and wanted provided. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spanking clean. We would be delighted to stay there again in the future.'
