'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '

'It was ok'

'reservation was ridiculous I was asked 4 times for my card number before giving up and reserving with the front desk . theroom was not very clean and the dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod was disturbing along with a dirty tub. ( I really wanted to give the cleaning crew a lesson on what a little vinegar and dish soap sprayed on and using a mr clean eraser would do to clean the tub) and the carpet was filthyI wouldn’t have stayed if my great granddaughter wouldn’t have cried because it...

'Front desk lady was pretty nice and helpful on check in/out, room was tidy and clean (didn’t smell weird, no hair) but I wouldn’t say it was perfectly spotless and sterile. Bed was pretty comfortable, and the windows actually open which was nice for fresh air. A/C and heat worked, and it wasn’t too loud. 'My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing.'

'From the time I checked in, I had lots of issues. The first room I checked into smelled horrible and foul was moved to another room and when I finally got on path and ready to watch television, the TV did not work. So then I was moved to another room where the TV came on, but you cannot use the television guide. I spent two days in this hotel will definitely not go back.'

'The newly built facility for the price was amazing. The breakfast can be improved upon.'

'TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom.'

'Rooms were so big and so nice! I loved the kitchen with all the amenities! All the staff was very friendly and breakfast was good! I will definitely stay here every time I visit GR in the future!'

'Large rooms and fabulous breakfast.'

'Nice staff and well maintained'
