'I had a vip access, but what is it. It was still the same as the other hotels. Breakfast was not so good, orange juice was like water! '

TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730...

'The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a full refrigerator, a microwave sink and even a dishwasher. A separate space with a sofa and tv. The beds were very comfortable.'

'Room 422 there was a rumbling sound coming through the wall. It actually vibrated the bed because the head board is directly attached to the wall. Most likely the from the giant washers and dryers that they use as the laundry room was directly below ours on the first floor.'

'They cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there at 3pm!!!!!!!!! Unreal!!! No joke said we were suppose to be there on the dot when you CAN get your room! Left us stranded as we have an EV and planned our trip to charge there upon arrival. Front desk lady was HORRID and hateful.'

I chose this hotel specifically because they typically have a gluten free option for breakfast and was very disappointed to find at this location they had zero options besides an apple or banana. So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead . The front desk rep stated she did the ordering and asked what room I was in and said she would try to get me something for the following day but never followed through. 'Nice and forward hotel! Came here because there was going to be some bad storms and ended up having a tornado touched down a few miles from the hotel and the staff (I think Ryan was the front desk gentlemen) handled it marvelously! Kept us feeling safe and calm during the tornado warning and such. Also was great with my 6 year old :) Only recommendation is having silverware in the room. Most suites with kitchenettes have them but they didn't here. Thank you!'
