'The hotel seemed fine when we got there. However, our bathroom was not clean. It had urine and hair on the toilet bowl and the floors were sticky.'

'Parking and finding the lobby was confusing we expected bigger signs. I tried checking in 3 times each time my room wasn’t ready we finally got a room around 5:30-6pm. 'I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! 'Very disappointed. The hotel was extremely clean but could not get maid service on the second night after three requests. They had no clean towels untill 8PM. The shades would not go down and they would not fix them. Pool and fitness center were not very nice at all.
