'The staff were so good and happy to help. The place was more than expected. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety to choose from. I would highly recommend staying there. Clean, friendly staff and close enough to uber or Drive to city.'

'Standard Hampton Inn with a chinese restaurant and a Chili's within 2 min walk. Also a big meijer on the other side of the street.'

'We stayed one night after visiting the zoo and before exploring Meijer Gardens (10 minute drive). Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfortable (we had a 2 queen bed suite with pull out couch). Convenient location, though not a place to get outside and walk anywhere. Breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast - typical offerings, but well stocked. The pool looked nice, but our grandkids were too tired to swim!'

'Was there for over an hr trying to check in and no one came, tried calling and no one answered so I was nor able to check in at all. Please refund'

'The staff was very friendly, but after checking into our room it was very warm. We turned down the thermostat and left for a few hours, after coming back it was still hot in the room. They switched our room with no issue, but we booked a king size room and were switched to a queen size room. We were also told they weren’t sure if that AC would work either! (Luckily it did). They admitted they knew multiple rooms had broken ACs. Seems like they should either fix those or not book them. Breakfast...

'Clean, organized, nice mini mart in lobby for food, etc. Convenient parking. Good indoor and outdoor lounge space. Welcoming staff. Will stay here again.'

'Air-conditioning need to have better control on adjusting temps. At tine it was too cold and too hot. Staff dont refill your towels unless you ask.'

'Very clean, staff was friendly, pool (indoor) area was clean. They had coffee in the morning until 10am, but no food. They also had a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a few arcade games. Just a heads up, they don't allow visitors in their pool; only hotel guests. That should really only affect people visiting someone nearby or for parties. They do have a washer and dryer on site for laundry too, which was nice. And free parking for guests.'

'This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay.'
