'There was no breakfast served and no pool even though it showed a picture of the breakfast area when we were booking it. The toilet was stopped up and they gave my daughter a plunger to fix it herself. Very disappointed in this hotel.'

'I reserved two rooms and was charged for both before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel, one reservation had been canceled for some reason. Took about a half hour to correct the cancellation. Not sure why this happened. '
