I'm not sure if it's normal or just a result of our arrival day, but they had some housekeeping issues. We arrived at 3 and were told that our room wasn't ready yet, but we could come back in 20 minutes, and it would be. We came back an hour later (normal check-in time), and the room still wasn't ready. They did upgrade us to a suite; however, that room wasn't ready either. It was nearly 6 pm by the time we were able to check into our room. The suite was spacious; however, we had requested two queen beds, and the suite had one king bed with two pull-out beds. I had to go to the front desk to get the bedding for the pullout beds, as there wasn't any in the room. One comforter had what appeared to be blood stains on it, and the other comforter was torn. The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The waterpark/pool was ok. The only complaint was the presence of hard water rust stains, which made the water appear murky.
