'We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again. '

'We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples. There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). We also would have appreciated having extra blankets available. The game room had a noticeable odor, which might be helped...

'Yes and yes. The location and closeness to the beach-right on the beach was amazing. We felt that there could have been a few general items, such as sugar, coffee, salt and pepper provided-just a few basics. Also beach towels. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Closeness to shopping and restaurants was also amazing. Could walk anywhere. Just a few more inside amenities offered to clients would have been appreciated. '

'We were overwhelmed at how beautiful the condo is and the amazing view. Tho that pales in comparison to how beyond stocked with every & anything we could possibly need supplied in the unit for us. We enjoyed a few nights in & cooking breakfast before we headed out to the beach. We highly recommend staying here… we will definitely be back!'

'Another wonderful week in Destin! We love this condo, it is the perfect size for our family of 4. We have been renting this condo for a few years now. The pool is steps away from the back porch, which the kids love. It is always spotless and has everything you could need. We look forward to our next stay at Rita’s place!'

'Very nice condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was stocked very nice and the condo had little extra's like hand soaps, trash bags, clothes wash and dish wash. I have already booked again for next year. '
