'Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the start to the checkout. We had to check out at noon but we weren’t getting picked up until 1pm. The front desk let us keep out bracelet until our uber picked us up so we could keep on enjoying the hotel. To get to some of the activities we did have to drive a bit but the Ubers weren’t to badly priced.'

'Air conditioner operation wasn't explained so I had it on low setting and was very uncomfortable until I asked how to operate. Tiny ants EVERYWHERE and on every surface. Entry/exit is a double sliding glass door that faces the main walkway with a lot of traffic and curious onlookers. Key to door is a Phillips screwdriver and difficult to use. Very busy location with a lot of ATV (4-wheelers) traffic 24/7. My room was directly below the common kitchen/dining area and heavy chairs sliding across...

'Fantastic Stay at Hotel Mio! We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Mio. The service throughout our visit was top-notch, and our room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The highlight of the hotel has to be the amazing pool area—perfect for relaxing. Both the bar and the food were impressive; the drinks were exceptionally good, and the food exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!'
