'Very Disappointing Experience – Hotel Is Rated Far Too Highly Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we feel the Expedia rating is much higher than the quality of the property and service we experienced. The pool was uncomfortably hot, even hotter than the outdoor temperature, and there were areas where tiles were missing. Guests should be very careful when walking around the pool area. During our stay, other guests were also allowed to play loud music...

It is some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel, everything felt so personal, and the extra amenities such as coffee and bags to take to the beach with towels, coolers and a blanket were great added touches. The style of the hotel is also beautiful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough.'

'We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more...
