'Lovely large and airy flat in a fantastic location. Near to the town centre, beach, old town. Walking distance to cafes and shops, the Shell Grotto. We loved it so much we will be back!'

'Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. '

'We rented the property for four nights. The house is very tastefully decorated and there's plenty of space if you are a large family. The property was clean and the kitchen equipped with the basics required to prepare meals. However, the internet connection was appalling and constantly buffering, and as a self-employed small business owner was unable to work on several occasions. The internet also meant that in the evening it was impossible to watch a film on the smart TV without constant...

'We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The living room was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the garden was great. We got lots of sun on the decking and adored the sauna! The upstairs bedrooms are bright and large. The bedroom with the en-suite is small but cosy. The en-suite is more of a wet room but that was fine for a couple of days. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Margate which we found totally reasonable. '

'Ballarat house was absolutely brilliant. The host has nailed it with this property and was perfectly located for our trip. All bathrooms were clean and aesthetic. The self contained room downstairs with bathroom and kitchen is brilliant too. Would love to stay again!'
